A full dynamic warm up with serious joint mobility exercises!!

An Advanced Kettle Bell workout and coaching tips with pro grade 'paired' kettlebells 8s/10s/12s/14s/16s/18s/20s/22s/24s/26s/28s/32s/36s/40s a,d single 44s/48s/52s/56s and a 60kilo troll bell!!

Bulgarian Bag drill’s

Mace Bell work

Athletic conditioning equipment including the WAR machine and the TRX

Body weight flow

Some powerful hill work to finish.....

There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions throughout the workshop and they will be strongly welcomed
