Previously a corporal in the Royal Marine Commandos, and serving from the Arctic Circle to the Middle East, Rob now runs Go Commando Personal Training in London, England.
Having worked with a wide ranging clientele, from Athletes seeking to improve their strength at championship level in sport, to weekend warriors battling injuries and sedentary lifestyles!

Over the last few years I have studied and gained knowledge from some of the best coaches, Trainers and Therapists in the world, including Ivan Ivanko, Steve Maxwell, Marc Twight and Mel Cash.
I love to use specialist kit and equipment in my sessions to bring about highly effective, incremental and purposeful changes. Pro Grade Kettle bells and the Bulgarian Bag are Two of the fantastic resources at my disposal, coupled with the TRX suspension system, 25m tug-o war 'Battling Ropes', Sprint bungees, The 'WAR MACHINE' weighted vests, Olympic lifting kit and an old school 'Custom Built' 110 defender Land Rover to haul it around.
People have very different aims and aspirations when they make contact, but, by giving my clients encouragement and clear guidance, I have enjoyed dramatic improvement in those who train with me.

Suzie Lubuska
I arrived in London Eight years ago from the sunny shores of Sydney, Australia, where I grew up spending a lot of time in the great outdoors swimming, camping, biking and water skiing!
I get excited about taking part in my sessions and I love coaching, teaching and learning.
More importantly for me though is to see my clients develop a hunger to become physically and mentally stronger and lead a well balanced lifestyle.
Because I was an overweight child and teenager I understand what it is like to desire being fit and healthy but lack the motivation and 'get up and go' to do anything about it....
With my dedication and drive I have been successful in gaining knowledge and qualifications in the Fitness industry and now teach 'fast and furious boxing classes' Circuits and Boot camps.
The classes all utilize some fantastic functional kit including Kettle Bells, 25m Ropes, Bulgarian Training Bags, medicine Balls, suspension trainers, accelerator Bungees and Boxing equipment!
All too often you see people going through the motions in the gym with no spark or enthusiasm, they lift the same weights, attend the same classes and talk to the same people.
