Sports team Commando conditioning!

"Rob hosted two pre-season fitness sessions and all the lads thoroughly enjoyed the hour.
It was hard work, no question, but Rob adapted the session to the varying fitness levels and encouraged team work throughout.
Everyone benefitted from the variety of exercises and with Rob also taking an active part himself we were able to see how it should be done!
We will definitely be using him again ahead of the 2010/11 season."
